Did you know that singing is like a gym session for your brain? It enhances neural connections and improves cognitive flexibility. Singing is an activity that engages multiple areas of the brain including the ones responsible for language, rhythm and emotion. Come be a star or come be a spectator - either way, we'll save you a spot!
